Job Description:

  • Conduct detailed research on company ownership / affiliations to identify all related parties for a conflict check
  • Search various databases for existing client relationships that may be in conflict with a new proposal, use database software to accumulate the search results, and communicate the search results to the proposal team. 
  • Prepare and circulate a conflict check message to the affected personnel, monitor the responses received, and refer potential conflicts noted in the responses to management for resolution. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the Departments management personnel
