- Proficient with using Social Media tools, Job-board - Like LinkedIn, Career Builder, talent in, Social Jobs
- Should be Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to succeed and willing to work in a faced paced environment.
- A MBA - Degree in HR / PM-IR .
- Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills / Business presentable skills.
- Overall 0 - 4 Yrs. of recruiting experience in IT recruiting experience.
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
- Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
