Aspirants Needs to have 65% marks throughout the academics(10th,12th,Engineering). Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts and also should be willing to relocate Bangalore if not from Bangalore.

All candidates who wants to apply for the position needs to have valid PAN card along with Valid passport to attend the drive. Job Description:

  • Walkin for Freshers on 5th Feb'18 at Artech Infosystems,noida

Desired Profile:

  • Well versed with full recruitment life cycle/ End to end recruiting. Which involves Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, Submitting, Interview Coordination, Warm up/Follow up calls, Offer roll out and on boarding. 
  • Sourcing from different job boards Like Monster , Dice, Carrier Builder 
  • Review and understand technical job requirements. 
  • Reading resumes and over the phone qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), Behavioral fitment, Stability (Suitability) etc. 
  • Doing proactive recruitment, pipelining candidates and maintaining database 
  • Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate's experience and requirement 
  • Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent. 
  • Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval 
  • Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner 
  • Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level 

  • Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position 
  • Follow up with candidates & ensure warm call made for all candidates pending interview feedback from client 
  • Ensure appropriate paperwork is done for Placements 
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates. 
  • Update the Resourcing Application Tracking System ( Job Diva)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluent Communication skills:
  • The role requires daily coordination with Team leads, Sales, Account managers and candidates sitting on Site in US over the call and hence a strong hold on English is mandate. 
  • Night Shift: - The job purely would be NIGHT shift and is Recruitment based process. 
  • Functional / Behavioural skill sets: Positive attitude, flexible, aggressive, Good communication skills, extrovert, inquisitive, team player, enthusiastic, active listener, learning attitude.
